Ishanved supplies raw materials in bulk to F&B retailers. When we came in, growth was capped not by demand — but by chaotic operations. We rebuilt the entire business on one platform: orders, inventory, payments, deliveries, CRM, calls, offers, marketing and internal admin.
Ishanved's core business — supplying raw materials to F&B retailers in bulk — was healthy. But the operating model was breaking under its own weight:
The business needed technology — but more importantly, it needed a system that understood how the team actually worked so they would use it.
We shipped a full B2B commerce & operations platform — buyer-facing app + web console for the internal team — covering every workflow the business runs on.
Buyer app for placing orders, admin console for confirmation, edits, splits, cancellations and back-orders.
Live stock levels, low-stock alerts, batch/lot tracking, purchase orders and vendor receipts.
Prepaid + credit workflows, collection tracking, outstanding ledgers per buyer, reconciliation.
Trip planning, vehicle assignment, proof-of-delivery, live status updates back to buyers.
Buyer profiles, order history, credit terms, preferences, complaints, and touch history.
Every inbound / outbound call logged against the buyer with intent tags and follow-ups.
SKUs, variants, pricing tiers, images, minimum order quantities, and per-buyer price lists.
Segment-based offers, WhatsApp / SMS push, cart nudges and reactivation campaigns.
Sales, warehouse, dispatch, accounts, admin — every role sees only what they need to act on.
Buyer app + internal console on one API layer, with an operational database, a payments gateway, messaging integrations and an analytics warehouse.

Adoption was phased on purpose — a "big-bang cutover" would have crashed the peak-hour business.
Adoption crossed the majority of active accounts within a quarter — without a single peak-hour outage.
Orders became self-serve, inventory shrinkage dropped, deliveries stopped colliding, cash collection became visible, and the founders started running the business off dashboards — not phone calls. Reach expanded well beyond the sales team's manual capacity, and marketing moved from ad-hoc broadcasts to segmented, tracked campaigns.
Tell us where your business is stuck — we'll come with questions about your workflow, not our stack.
